MOSCOW, August 27 (RAPSI) – The Ostankinsky District Court of Moscow will hold preliminary hearings concerning defamation lawsuit filed by owner of Russian Forbes, Alexander Fedotov, against former head editor of the magazine Nikolay Uskov, the press-service of the court has told RAPSI.

Earlier, the court postponed review of the lawsuit due to problems with the document.

According to spokesperson of the court, the plaintiff filed the claim because of an interview published on the Dozhd TV channel’s website. Owner of the magazine asks the court to recognize the information contained in the interview as untrue and defaming.
