MOSCOW, August 28 (RAPSI) – The Moscow regional office of the Russia's Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) has filed a case against Metro Cash & Carry and Lenta chain stores over discrimination of suppliers, an agency’s statement reads on Monday.

According to the statement, in the course of inspections the FAS has found out that agreements between the stores and their suppliers set forth different terms as concerns remuneration payments and fines, as well as different terms defining price change schedules.

The agency stresses the stores’ actions discriminate suppliers against each other.

Earlier, the FAS Moscow regional office has already opened similar cases against retail chains Magnit and Dixi.
