MOSCOW, October 26 (RAPSI, Lyudmila Klenko) – The Moscow City Court will consider an appeal against blocking of business and employment-oriented social networking service LinkedIn on November 10, the court’s press office told RAPSI on Wednesday.

As previously reported, Moscow’s Tagansky District Court has granted a motion filed by Russia’s communications regulator Roskomnadzor for blocking of the social network in Russia.

The social networking website has been blocked because of alleged violation of the law on personal data localization.

LinkedIn is the world's largest professional network with more than 450 million members in over 200 countries and territories, according to its website.
