MOSCOW, June 22 (RAPSI) - The Moscow City Court has ruled to temporarily block access to an online bookstore offering books by American sci-fi author Ray Bradbury over copyright infringement allegations, RIA Novosti reported on Monday.

Eksmo Publishing House filed a motion for an injunction to protect their copyrights.

Judge Alexandra Lopatkina issued the injunction that will restrict access to the books Dandelion Wine, Fahrenheit 451, The Martian Chronicles, and The Golden Apples of the Sun on flibusta.net.

The publisher has 15 days to file a lawsuit to permanently block the pirated content.

The State Duma passed an anti-piracy law on June 21, 2013.  According to the law, the Moscow City Court is the only court authorized to accept claims from copyright holders in relation to illegal content. Possible legal responses include deleting content or blocking a violating source.
