Depending on the role in the crime, the defendants have been charged with robbery, intentional infliction of grave harm, and encouraging minors to participate in criminal activities.
According to the investigators, four of the defendants are minors. The incident caused a public uproar. The alleged attackers' social media accounts were flooded with indignant commentary once they were revealed by bloggers.
