MOSCOW, February 14 - RAPSI. The Ninth Commercial Court of Appeals has upheld the court ruling to dismiss the customs service's appeal against the antimonopoly watchdog's decision regarding its refusal to accept card payments, the court told RAPSI on Thursday.

The customs service appealed the Moscow Commercial Court's ruling to dismiss its lawsuit against the Federal Antimonopoly Service on October 15, 2012.

According to the watchdog, the customs service stopped accepting Green Corridor banking cards for customs payments in November 2011.

The watchdog's commission ruled on April 23, 2012 that the customs service had violated competition law by hindering, without good reason, the activity of the company that coordinates the issuing of customs cards, Customs Payment System. The customs service was instructed to address its actions, but later appealed the watchdog's decision in court.
