MOSCOW, December 10 – RAPSI. The Moscow Commercial Court has partially upheld a lawsuit filed by Inteco, which previously belonged to Yelena Baturina, against her company TD Ramenskaya, the court told the Russian Legal Information Agency (RAPSI/rapsinews.com) on Monday.

Baturina is the wife of former Moscow Mayor Yuri Luzhkov. She used to be Russia's richest woman.

Inteco, which now belongs to Mikhail Shishkhanov, reported earlier that the lawsuit concerns an investment contract under which the first section of the Champion-Park complex was opened at the Olympic Village in Moscow.

According to the company, Inteco signed an act on implementing the investment project and then submitted it to Ramenskaya for signing. However, Ramenskaya "refused to sign the documents illegally and without reason," according to the court. As a result, the residents of the complex have yet to obtain the ownership rights to their housing.

However, the court dismissed the claims to force Ramenskaya to sign the act on the contract's partial implementation. The court also upheld Inteco's claims regarding the allocation of a stake in the investment facility and the recognizance of the ownership rights to the complex.

The plaintiff's representative said in court that Inteco holds a 95-percent share of the facility pursuant to the investment contract.
