MOSCOW, November 29 - RAPSI. The Prosecutor General's Office has approved the indictment in the tax-evasion case against Sergei Magnitsky, who died at the investigative isolation ward three years ago, a source in the office told RIA Novosti on Wednesday.

It became known in mid-November that the case had been submitted to the Prosecutor General's Office. After the approval of the indictment, the case will be transferred to court.

"The criminal case regarding Magnitsky, which was transferred from the Interior Ministry's investigative department, has been authorized," a source said.
