MOSCOW, October 26 - RAPSI. The Moscow Commercial Court has ended the proceedings in Agrostroytechnology's application to declare the Ingosstrakh insurance company bankrupt, the court told the Russian Legal Information Agency (RAPSI/rapsinews.com) Friday.

During the hearing, it was stated that Agrostroytechnology submitted to the court an application to end the lawsuit. The court satisfied the request and stopped the proceedings in the case.

Earlier, the court returned an application filed by Vitaly Barukhin's Sapphire farming enterprise to declare the insurance company bankrupt. On August 7, the court left the application motionless.

The ruling stated that the application did not contain the necessary information, and the applicant did not remove the inaccuracies within the timeframe established by the court.

Established in 1947, Ingosstrakh is Russia's leading insurance company. It operates in 231 locations in Russia and runs offices and subsidiaries abroad.
