MOSCOW, October 22 – RAPSI. The Ural District Federal Commercial Court will hear on November 22 Nizhneserginsk Hardware and Metallurgical Plant shareholder Maria Maximova's appeal against the refusal to invalidate $620 million in loan contracts between the plant and NLMK, the court told the Russian Legal Information Agency (RAPSI/rapsinews.com) on Monday.

The plant is part of NLMK.

The Sverdlovsk Regional Commercial Court dismissed Maximova’s lawsuit on April 9. The Seventeenth Commercial Court of Appeals validated the dismissal of the lawsuit on July 30.

The plaintiff seeks to invalidate 22 loan contracts concluded in 2010 between the plant and Novolipetsk Iron and Steel Works.

When refusing to satisfy the aforementioned claims, the courts proceeded from the fact that there has been no evidence that the plaintiff’s rights and interests were violated.
