MOSCOW, September 4 - RAPSI. The Moscow Commercial Court has adjourned the preliminary hearings into the Inter IKEA Systems В.V. lawsuit until September 11, the court spokesperson told the Russian Legal Information Agency (RAPSI/rapsinews.com). Inter IKEA Systems В.V., which holds rights to the IKEA trademark, is seeking to have the dostavkaikea.ru domain shut down.

Azamat Yulbarisov, the owner of the domain, was declared to be the defendant in the case. However, he has stated that he no longer owns the domain, having assigned the domain rights to another individual in August. Previously, he said that he had offered the domain to the plaintiff but received no answer in response.

Garant-Park-Telekom provider is a co-defendant in the case, but during the hearing it became known that Registrator 101 is now the domain's registrar.

The plaintiff proposed postponing the hearing so as to ascertain the current administrator and registrar of the domain and to have the relevant documents submitted to the court.

Previously, the court refused to grant any provisional measures under the lawsuit. The plaintiff had requested for the court to block the transfer of the domain rights to a third party.
