MOSCOW, July 25 - RAPSI. The Tverskoy District Court will sentence the defendants in the second case on the Moscow riots in December 2010 on August 8, the court told the Russian Legal Information Agency on Wednesday.

The prosecution has asked for three years in prison for Vladimir Lirpichnikov, two years in prison for Nikolay Dvoynyakov, 3.5 years of probation for Vitaly Vasin and two years of probation for Grigory Bilchenko.

Earlier, Dvoynyakov pleaded not guilty of inciting mass riots, and said that he was alone on the square. Kirpichnikov also refused to plead guilty of inciting riots and social hatred. He pleaded partially guilty of disorderly conduct and threatening to use force against law enforcement officers.

Vasin and Bilchenko were released on their own recognizance after partially pleading guilty of disorderly conduct, although they denied that they threatened riot police officers on the square.

The prosecution maintains that the suspects in both the first and the second riots cases committed nearly all of the violations together.

According to the prosecution, as many as 5,000 football fans and nationalists caused public unrest on December 11, 2010 in Moscow after a rally to commemorate FCSpartak fan Yegor Sviridov, who was shot dead five days earlier. Thirty-two people were injured in the riots.
