National air carrier contests labor inspectorate's order to pay for nightwork
MOSCOW, April 13 - RAPSI, Maria Petrova. Aeroflot airlines has contested the State Labor Inspectorate's order to pay its air crews hazard, danger and nightwork bonuses.
The watchdog inspected the airline and demanded that it rectify a number of problems by December 12, including paying bonuses to 46 crew members.
Aeroflot declined to comment until the court passes a judgment on its appeal.
"We deem the (inspectorate's) resolution unlawful and think it is premature to give any comments until the court delivers its judgment and it becomes effective," the airline said.
