MOSCOW, April 4 - RAPSI, Fyodor Shatsillo. Antimonopoly watchdog fined Peugeot Citroen Rus for unfair advertising of its lending terms and the Moscow Commercial Court has upheld the sanction.

The subject in dispute was a commercial shown on TV channels in February and March 2011. The key lending conditions were set forth in the end of it, but the information was illegible. It took over a minute on the average to read it.

Nevertheless, the most attractive condition for the customers - 0-percent interest rate per annum - was much larger than the remaining text.

The antimonopoly service has concluded that the customer was unable to get dependable information on the financial service offered. It ordered the company to remedy the violation and fined it 110,000 rubles ($3,750).
