MOSCOW, March 29 - RAPSI. The Moscow Presnensky District Court put off until April 5 the hearing of the criminal case of former Moscow deputy Mayor Alexander Ryabinin, who has been accused of fraud, the Russian Legal Information Agency (RAPSI/rapsinews.ru) reported on Thursday.

According to the investigation, Ryabinin took possession of a nonresidential premise in Moscow worth more than 5.9 million rubles ($201,000) in a premature collusion with his agent Vadim Kozlov.

The former deputy mayor is accused of stealing the property and abuse of office.
