MOSCOW, March 7 - RAPSI. The Tverskoy District Magistrates Court in Moscow has received 125 administrative cases against the participants of a March 5 protest rally on Pushkin Square as of Wednesday.

The case of renowned opposition blogger Alexei Navalny is among them.

According to Navalny's lawyer, his client's case will be heard on March 15. At the same time the court's spokeswoman said that the judge has yet to decide whether to take over the case.

The court maintains that the protesters are held administratively liable for breaking the established order of conducting rallies and showing disobedience to the police.

The Monday opposition rally against the outcome of the presidential elections won by Prime Minister Vladimir Putin developed into an unauthorized procession. The police detained the activists who did not listen to their orders, including Navalny and Left Front coordinator Sergei Udaltsov.

According to the Moscow police, the number of people who took part in the For Fair Elections rally amounted to 14,000. In general, a total of 250 people were detained. All of them were delivered to police departments for the police to draw up reports and decide as to their administrative responsibility.

On Monday, the police reported that all the demonstrators, including Navalny and Udaltsov, were released.
