MOSCOW, February 8 - RAPSI. The Supreme Court has lauded the quality of court judgments passed in parental rights cases in 2008-2010, the court reports on Wednesday.

The court's review shows that the number of parental rights cases has dropped in recent years.

"An analysis of parental rights cases shows that the courts are considering these cases in strict compliance with the Family Code," the court reports.

Although the court lauded the quality of legal proceedings in parental rights cases, it also pointed out the typical violations committed by primary courts and corrected by cassation courts.
