KRASNOYARSK, February 6 - RAPSI. A commercial court left motionless four lawsuits filed by Rusenergosbyt to recover $88.4 million in unjust enrichment from the Siberian Interregional Distribution Network Company.

Three lawsuits worth 2.598 billion rubles ($86.16 million) were shelved until March 2. The lawsuit on the recovery of 56.119 million rubles ($1.86 million) in unjust enrichment and 11.402 million rubles ($378,170) in interest for using other entities' funds was suspended until February 28.

The lawsuits were submitted to the commercial court on January 30.

"It concerns the transmission of the Siberian Interregional Distribution Network Company's electricity for Russian Railways in 2009," the network company's press service told RIA Novosti.

The Siberian Interregional Distribution Network Company is a subsidiary of the IDGC Holding, which is engaged in network power transmission across Russia and services an area of 1.856 million square kilometers. The total area of its transmission lines is 250,968 square kilometers.
