MOSCOW, January 31 - RAPSI. A woman injured in a crash landing at Moscow's Domodedovo airport on December 4, 2010 has filed a lawsuit for $49,400 in damages, Trunov, Aivar & Partners reports.

The Dagestan Airlines' Tu-154М crash landing killed two and injured 80 passengers. The preliminary investigation has been extended until March 4.

The plaintiff says the accident caused her grave bodily harm, harm to her property and moral damage. She seeks 500 million rubles ($16,500) from the Rosgosstrakh insurance company and 1 million rubles ($32,900) from the airline.

The Tushinsky District Court of Moscow has yet to schedule the hearing date.
