A court will consider a $36.5 million lawsuit filed by Rusengineering, a major power engineering company, against the National Corporation EnergoStroyEngineering on February 1, the court told the Russian Legal Information Agency (RAPSI/rapsinews.com) without specifying the details of the dispute.

Rusengineering is seeking to recover a debt that resulted from a subcontract agreement.

The Moscow Commercial Court received the lawsuit on October 27.

Rusengineering Holding is a group of companies which deliver integrated technology innovations for the design, construction and servicing of power supply networks. It is one of the major contractors of the Federal Grid Company of Unified Energy System.
