MOSCOW, December 20 - RAPSI, Dmitry Shchitov. A commercial court postponed until January 2012 the hearing of the ABV advertising agency's lawsuit to recover losses worth $262,000 from Ingosstrakh for violating its exclusive rights, the Russian Legal Information Agency (RAPSI/rapsinews.com) reported from the courtroom.

Earlier, the plaintiff filed an application to hold a legal review of the similarities and differences between the disputed original designs of the plaintiff and the Alfa-Gifts company.

Both the defendant and Alfa-Gifts have objected to the examination. According to the defendant, the specialist proposed to hold the examination was not sufficiently qualified.

The court has obligated the defendant to propose a specialist to hold the examination.

The lawsuit contains claims to recover losses and to withdraw from sale day planners with the insurance company's logo, which were produced by ABV.

The service also requires withdrawing from Alfa-Gifts original designs of the products which were manufactured using the service's designs.
