MOSCOW, December 15 - RAPSI, Natalia Belova. A court has adjourned until December 22 the Central Bank's lawsuit to levy execution upon the major shipyard's shares pledged as security for Mezhprombank's loans, the court told the Russian legal Information Agency (RAPSI /rapsinews.com).

The Central Bank seeks to repossess 88.32 percent in Baltiysky Zavod shipyard pledged on July 15, 2010 as security for Mezhprombank's loans worth 32 billion rubles ($1 billion).

Baltiysky Zavod is part of the United Industrial Corporation owned by Senator Sergey Pugachyov. The factory builds icebreakers and military vessels. It manufactures engineering products and energy equipment and supplies nonferrous and core-mold castings.
