With its decision the court held for the petition filed by the company's bankruptcy administrator Valery Ivanov.

A representative of Domodedovo Commercial Services, a claimant in the case, also requested to extend the bankruptcy administration on the grounds that not all the available tools have yet been exhausted to receive the money from the debtor.

The court commenced a supervisory procedure against the fueling company on December 13.

The court declared the Vnukovo Fueling Company bankrupt in May 2011 and initiated a bankruptcy administration against the company.

Ivanov said at the time that the company had only one creditor with financial claims of 128 million rubles ($4.25 million).

Meanwhile, the debtor's lawyer then denied the company's bankruptcy, asserting that its accounts receivable significantly exceed the debt figure. However, the company is unable to enforce receivables until 2012, Vnukovo's lawyer said.
