Arms manufacturer sues defense export corporation for $82.5 mln
MOSCOW, October 21 - RAPSI, Alyona Yegorova. A court will hear on Friday the artillery manufacturer's $82.5 million lawsuit against the Defense Export Corporation (Rosoboronexport).
Amtech research and engineering complex, a manufacturer of laser-guided artillery weapons, filed its lawsuit on May 5. The court shelved the case until the plaintiff completed it with the requisite documents.
The Rosoboronexport State Corporation is a world arms market leader, being the only Russian government exporter and importer of defense and dual purpose products, techniques and services, accounting for 80-percent of Russian military equipment exports.
RAPSI has yet to reach the parties for comments.
