MOSCOW, October 14 - RAPSI, Dmitry Shchitov. The court has terminated bankruptcy proceedings against the Nastyusha grain company, the Russian Legal Information Agency (RAPSI) reported.

Nastyusha's representative earlier said it repaid 3.36 million rubles ($107,700) in debt to Tsentrstroy-region, a claimant in the case. However, Tsentrstroy-region refuted the information and said the debtor still owes 182,400 rubles ($5,800).

Tsentrstroy-region earlier won a court decision to recover 3.36 million rubles ($107,700) from Nastyusha. The court judgment came into force on August 8 after it had been upheld by the appeals court.

Nastyusha was founded in 1992. It includes enterprises engaged in grain production, storage and processing, as well as bread and pastry production.
