MOSCOW, October 13 - RAPSI, Dmitry Shchitov. The court sided with the Fundament Bank bankruptcy administrator in his $10.3 million claim against the bank's former CEO Vladimir Pogosov, the court told the Russian Legal Information Agency (RAPSI).

The Fundament Bank was founded in 1992. It served over 7,000 corporate customers.

The Deposit Insurance Agency, the bank's bankruptcy administrator, said Pogosov was the bank's sole executive body. He acted carelessly and unreasonably in granting loans and failed to perform his duties properly, the agency added.

The agency also said the former CEO was to be blamed for the bank's bankruptcy.

Pogosov told RAPSI he would appeal the judgment.
