MOSCOW, October 12 - RAPSI, Dmitry Shchitov. A commercial court has registered the Financial Leasing Company's bankruptcy appeal against Moskovia airlines, the court told the Russian Legal Information Agency (RAPSI).

The hearing date has yet to be determined. The case materials indicate that the airlines owes the claimant 47.3 million rubles ($1.5 million).

The Moscow Regional Commercial Court dropped the self-initiated Moskovia bankruptcy proceedings on August 12 due to its appeal disclaimer.

Established in 1995, Moskovia airlines is based at Moscows Domodedovo Airport. It provides regular and charter passenger and cargo flights in Russia, Europe, Asia, and Africa.
