MOSCOW, October 11 - RAPSI, Natalia Belova. The court has postponed until November 3 its hearing of a trademark infringement lawsuit filed by the Swiss Tissot AG watch manufacturer against Holmrook Limited, the Russian Legal Information Agency (RAPSI) reports from the courtroom.

Tissot AG sought a court order to prohibit Holmrook Limited from further using "tissot" in its "tissot.ru" domain name, as well as to declare that the unauthorized usage amounts to trademark infringement. The company also sought a court order for the Regional Network Information Center, a co-defendant in the case, to revoke the "tissot.ru" domain name registration.

The Moscow Commercial Court earlier prohibited Holmrook to transfer the domain rights to third parties until the case is completed.

Holmrook's representatives failed to attend the hearing.

The Moscow Commercial Court in September sided with another Swiss watch manufacturer Rado Uhren AG in its trademark infringement lawsuit against Holmrook. The court ordered Holmrook to pay 50,000 rubles to Rado in compensation.
