MOSCOW, October 7- RAPSI, Dmitry Shchitov. The court has dismissed a lawsuit filed by renowned whistleblower Alexey Navalny against the antimonopoly service, the court told the Russian Legal Information Agency (RAPSI).

Navalny sought to cancel the antimonopoly watchdog's dismissal of his claim against a state research institute.

The renowned blogger asked the court to cancel the antimonopoly service's April 6 decision, when it waived the arguments brought by Navalny against the Tomsk Polytechnic University.

Navalny claimed that the institute violated a tender law while ordering upgrades to the university website. The whistleblower said the university deliberately used a foreign language in the design specification to allow only certain bidders to participate in the tender.
