KRASNOYARSK, October 4 - RAPSI. The court postponed until November 3 its hearing of a $5.5 million lawsuit filed by the Gazprom-built Altai resort against a major Siberian power supplier, the court told RIA Novosti on Tuesday.

The Altaiskoye Podvorye resort said in the lawsuit that it paid 174 million rubles to the Interregional Distribution Grid Company of Siberia (IDGC of Siberia) to connect its facility to an electrical grid. Meanwhile, IDGC constructed electrical grid infrastructure that was not duly agreed upon by the claimant.

The resort seeks to recover 174 million rubles ($5.3 million) for unjustified enrichment and roughly 5 million rubles ($153,400) in interest from the defendant.

The Krasnoyarsk Territory Commercial Court received the lawsuit on August 31 and initiated proceedings in the case on September 2.

The IDGC of Siberia is the largest electrical power supplier in the Siberian Federal District.
