MOSCOW, September 27 - RAPSI, Alyona Yegorova. A commercial court postponed on Tuesday until November 17 its hearing of the case regarding a large pharmaceutical distributor's bankruptcy, the Russian Legal Information Agency (RAPSI) reports from the courtroom.

The delay was requested by Shreya Corporations creditors as one of them is contesting the results of the first Shreya creditors' meeting.

Shreya's receiver reported that the company had wound-up its operations and is unable to pay its debts.

The Moscow Commercial Court ordered supervisory proceedings in the company on November 3.

Commercial courts have registered over 20 lawsuits amounting to about two billion rubles ($71.5 million) against Shreya since late 2009.

Shreya was one of Russias largest pharmaceutical distributors.
