MOSCOW, September 26 - RAPSI, Natalia Belova. The Moscow Commercial Court has postponed until October 3 the hearing of a 152.69 million ruble ($4.7 million) lawsuit filed by the DSK-1 construction materials producer against the SU-155 building company, the Russian Legal Information Agency reports from the courtroom.

The court postponed the hearing because the respondent party said SU-155 intends to propose an amicable agreement.

The DSK-1 lawsuit stems from the respondent's purchase of a claim letter agreement from the claimant, SU-155 said.

Under the agreement, DSK-1 handed over to SU-155 the right to claim a debt from a third party. SU-155 has to repay about 130 million rubles for the right to the claim.

The court registered the lawsuit on June 23.

DSK-1 is a residential home construction company.

SU-155 has operated on the construction sector for over 50 years and includes over 140 independent organizations including 28 industrial enterprises in 17 towns.
