MOSCOW, September 23 - RAPSI, Natalya Belova. The Moscow Commercial Court will hear on November 7 an appeal on recognizing the bankruptcy of the Informstrakh insurance company, the Russian Legal Information Agency (RAPSI) reported from the court on Friday.

The court was set to hear an individual's appeal on recognizing the company as bankrupt on Friday, but the hearing was postponed until December 5. It became known that the Faktor company first filed with the court a similar statement. The court will examine the company's appeal in November.

Several appeals on the company's bankruptcy filed by individuals are being examined by the commercial court.

Earlier, Informstrakh successfully disputed the Federal Service for Insurance Supervision's orders on suspending and revoking the company's license.

The Moscow Commercial Court invalidated the service's orders as of February 17, 2010 and April 16, 2010 on September 6, 2010.

Both the appeals and the cassation instances upheld court decisions.
