MOSCOW, September 23 - RAPSI, Sergey Feklyunin. A commercial court will hear on October 14 an application for the bankruptcy of a major grain processing company, the court told the Russian Legal Information Agency (RAPSI).

The bankruptcy application was filed by Tsentrotransstroy-Region on August 24. The applicant earlier won a 3.364 million rubles ($120,000) lawsuit against Nastyusha grain company. The decision entered into force after the appeals court upheld the award on August 8.

Nastyusha was founded in 1992. The holding comprises grain producers, grain storage and processing companies, as well as bakeries and pastry manufacturers. The company also operates a seed-breeding station, a meat-packing facility, a fodder plant, pig and poultry farms.
