MOSCOW, September 15 - RAPSI. The court scheduled for November 11 its hearing of a $4.3 million dispute between United Industrial Corporation's subsidiaries, the Russian Legal Information Agency reported.

United Industrial Corporation is a major shipbuilding and investment company.

Mezhprombank, one of Russia's oldest banks, is seeking 90.4 million ruble ($3 million) in debt from Middle Trading Rows (Sredniye Torgoviye Ryady) under unsecured loan agreements signed in July 2009. Mezhprombank was declared bankrupt last November.

United Industrial Corporation is owned by senator Sergei Pugachyov. It was once the largest company in Russia, engaged in investment and banking, shipbuilding and aircraft industry, and development and coal production.
