MOSCOW, September 15 - RAPSI, Sergei Feklyunin. A commercial court has registered an appeal filed by a Russian bank on the bankruptcy of a major developer's three subsidiaries, the Russian Legal Information Agency (RAPSI) reported on Thursday.

Mirax Group was founded in 1994. The total area of the company's development projects is 12 million square meters, including 825,000 square meters in completed development. Its major projects include the Federation business complex in Moscow City, Mirax Plaza business centers, and many others.

The appeal by the Russia bank on the bankruptcy of Mirax's subsidiaries MG-Group, Stroymontazh and Moynt was filed with the court on September 14. The hearing has yet to be scheduled.
