MOSCOW, September 9 - RAPSI, Dmitry Shchitov. A regional commercial court has postponed until September 14 its hearing of the tax service's lawsuit against former Samara airlines managers worth 263.5 million rubles in damages, a court official told the Russian Legal Information Agency (RAPSI).

The court ruled that Sergey Mordvintsev and Evegeny Kirsanov will incur joint and several liability for inflicting losses on their company, which was declared bankrupt by the Samara Region Commercial Court on July 9, 2009, and underwent bankruptcy proceedings.

Samara Airlines was a member of the AiRUnion like KrasAir, Domodedovo Airlines, Sibaviatrans and Omskavia. AiRUnion ceased operations in fall 2008 due to its multimillion debts for fuel and ground services.
