MOSCOW, August 30 - RAPSI, Dmitry Shchitov. The Moscow Commercial Court has sided with a research institute in its claim against the Moscow government for 142.4 million rubles ($5.1 million), the court told the Russian Legal Information Agency (RAPSI).

According to the claimant, Moscow authorities contracted with construction company for Moscow region road overhaul in 2007.The overhaul included the construction of a new overpass on the applicants land.

The construction company failed to provide the claimant with an estimate of compensation for the land seizure.
