MOSCOW, August 26 - RAPSI. The Moscow District Federal Commercial Court has upheld a Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) finding that Moslift colluded with others in manipulating a video surveillance system tender, the FAS reported on Friday.

In May 2010, the Moscow department of the FAS discovered that Moslift had colluded with Svyazspetsproekt, Innovation-Technologies-Service, SMS, Domofon-Service, Ai-Video, Firm Vector+, Profi-Club, and Microtest in order to manipulate offer prices in a video surveillance system tender.

Moslift was founded in 1953. It currently operates roughly 60,000 elevators. The company comprises ten specialized divisions engaged in the design, assembly, replacement, repair, and maintenance of elevators, as well as fire safety and video surveillance systems in Moscow and other regions.
