MOSCOW, September 23 - RIA Novosti. A deputy prosecutor general submitted an appeal to the Federal Agency for State Reserves due to the numerous violations of anti-corruption law discovered in the agency's work, the Prosecutor General's Office reported on Friday.

Several duties in the agency were not included in the list pursuant to which state employees must provide data on their incomes, assets and property obligations, as well as the incomes of their spouses and underaged children.

The office also established that the nominees and the employees did not provide information in full. According to the office, the agency illegally conducted the checks as to the validity of the property information provided by employees.

The inspection also revealed that the agency did not supervise the economic activity of institutions within its jurisdiction.

"Residential houses were illegally constructed under an investment contract upon the agencys initiative without the necessary permission on a land plot located on federal property," the Prosecutor General's Office reported.

Federal Agency for State Reserves manages Russia's monetary and emergency funds.
